About the TAP Air Portugal logo
TAP Air Portugal is the flag carrier of Portugal. It was founded in 1945 and is based at Lisbon Airport, its main hub. Over the decades it has linked Portugal with Europe, Africa and the Americas, and its first logo was a blue wing beside the letters TAP. A new logo and livery were unveiled in 2005 for its sixtieth anniversary. The watches in this collection recall the airline’s graphic history.
