About the Trans-Canada Airlines logo
Trans-Canada Air Lines was Canada’s flag carrier, created in 1937 as a subsidiary of the Crown corporation Canadian National Railway and headquartered in Montreal. It began operations that September and was renamed Air Canada in 1965. It helped to connect a vast country from coast to coast. The watches in this collection recall the airline’s early graphics from before the Air Canada name. This watch brings that Canadian aviation heritage to your wrist.
